Those selected will attend a comprehensive training program, starting with two courses NEO (New Employee Orientation) and DYS (Discover Your Strength).<\/p><p>In the process of digital transformation of these contents, the company&#8217;s training department is faced with three big problems that need answers:<\/p><ul><li>A way to convey a large amount of theory about rules, regulations, &#8230; in the NEO course without causing boredom and learning pressure for employees.<\/li><li>Ensure employees not only view knowledge but also immediately use the tools and forms provided in the DYS course to identify their strengths and immediately apply them to real work.<\/li><li>The need for large-scale training for employees across many provinces requires AIA to transition from face-to-face training to online training for both courses.
