Every year, Bee has to hold many training classes for a thousands of new drivers. They used traditional education methods with lecturers in the classroom and showing slides.<\/span><\/div>\n

Problems:\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Cost:<\/b> Although the number of students per session is not equal in number Bee has to pay the same fees for hiring lecturers and venue.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Quality:<\/b> Drivers with different ages have different absorbability which making it difficult to guarantee equal results after training.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Motivation of learners:<\/b> Because learners are in different ages, it is difficult to have a general studying methods for all. The older they are, the less motivation they have.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
