Bee’s solution of new staff training

Bee’s problems:

Situation: 

Every year, Bee has to hold many training classes for a thousands of new drivers. They used traditional education methods with lecturers in the classroom and showing slides.

Problems: 

  • Cost: Although the number of students per session is not equal in number Bee has to pay the same fees for hiring lecturers and venue.
  • Quality: Drivers with different ages have different absorbability which making it difficult to guarantee equal results after training.
  • Motivation of learners: Because learners are in different ages, it is difficult to have a general studying methods for all. The older they are, the less motivation they have.
